Felix is fun!
There was nothing that was not fun about last night's performance from Felix. The way he pitches, his enthusiasm, his interaction with his teammates. Just awesome.
And that wasn't even on of his best performances! He had 7 flyballs and only 8 K's. Super Felix is a ground ball/strikeout machine.
Fun!

It was nice to see a little energy and excitement out there. Is the team missing the guy that brings the fun and gets everyone in the mood to play ball and LOVE it? Or am I missing something? Sadly my mind wanders and I miss things.
Generally, teams that win have good "chemistry" and teams that lose don't.
The M's teams of the last few years have seemed to be wound pretty tight, a combination of "professionals" and "intense" types.
Beltre is pretty loose and seems to enjoy himself. Yuni does too. Sexson was considered a flake as a young player, but seems to have grown more serious as his offensive production has declined.
I think 25 guys with Felix's personality would drive a manager crazy, but by himself he is a lot of fun to watch.
